All gel will be shipped in jars. We no longer ship gel in pouches because they have a high probability of breaking during shipping. If you choose pouches, we will ship your gel in a jar, but also send a freezer pouch to use for freezing your gel. DO NOT freeze the glass jars, they will break when frozen. Use a freezer safe container to freeze your gel.

Your gel is packaged with non-toxic dry ice packs. It will not arrive cold, but closer to room temperature. This is OK. Refrigeration extends the shelf life of the gel, but is not required overall. The ice packs can bust during shipping. They are non toxic. Simply rinse off the ice pack residue and dry. ORDERS WILL SHIPOUT IN 2-5 DAYS!
